I'm a fan, though I don't eat it often - bad tofu is really bad, but good tofu is pretty fantastic.

 

We've been making stuffed shells with tofu instead of beef or turkey lately, and they come out great.

Also have had REALLY good Pad Thai with tofu.

I thought I might brag and tell you all that I will be in Chicago on Black Friday for the GI releases. Also gonna hit FFF. I'll pick up some Zombie Dust for @Houser if he's into that sort of thing.

ive never had tofu, so i cant comment. i did have tofu nuggs once cause my buddy was on a vegetarian diet, and it wasnt all that bad.

 

A moment of truth. My 13 year old daughter is a vegetarian and I do all the cooking at the house. We have tofu at least once a week. Its not something I would choose to eat, but I support my daughter in her lifestyle enough to eat vegetarian every other day. And yes, it all depends on how you cook it. We are having BBQ tofu sandwiches later this week and yes, I like them. Its just easy to make fun of.
