While I LOVE a number of Christmas Ales, my only 'must, must have' Christmas beer is St. Bernardus Christmas. I also enjoy Jolly Pumpkin's Noel offering, Delirium Noel, Goose Island's Sixth Day, Scaldis Noel, and a great number of others. Oh, and Celebration

I'm digging 4 Elf from Dark Horse as well. I have never been big on baking spices in beer but this works for me. Great gingerbread taste without the ginger (I hate ginger). I like this enough that I went back and purchased another 4 pack yesterday.

Recently I had FFF Alpha Klaus and it was bomb as fuck. I also tried Prairie
The Beer That Saved Christmas, which had a unique tart taste, I definitely recommend both of them.

Feest Noel by Three Taverns tastes like a liquid Christmas cookie.

Get some Robinson's Old Tom if you can. It's not a seasonal, but it's a great beer for winter. I've had a lot of strong ales that disappointed me, but this one really hits the spot.

Going to try Corsendonk Christmas Ale this year. It has been in my cellar since it was given to me last January.

Well don't beat me up for this, but I really enjoy Sam Adams Winter Lager. It's been a great sleeper for me this year.

My 2012 favorite was Silent Night brewed by Mother Earth Brewing. Have not gotten the 2013 version. Sweetwater Festive Ale has my vote for 2013.
