You should probably pick up some Cran-brrr-itas or whatever the hell they're called for the strippers.

You should probably do one of two things:

    1) Fuck the beer - run while you can.
    2) If not, make sure you include Founders Doom.

Congrats, welcome to BA, and cheers!

Saddle up, let me tell you a story...

A couple was attending their own rehearsal dinner, and slipped out the side door just after finishing eating.

They reemerged 30 minutes later, both grinning ear to ear

    An observer asks her husband:
"why is he smiling so widely?"

-"Well, I think he just got a blowjob..."
He then thinks deeper, and asks his wife:
"Why do you think she is smiling so widely?"

    His wife replys:
"She just gave her last blowjob".

To answer your question, a bottle or two of Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout.

Moylan's Hopsickle or the most bitter beer available to you because that's what either one or both of you will be in short order.

Words of married men I would only assume...Hahaha, but really I agree. You don't want to feel like shit for(hopefully) the one of the best days of your life. I agree with the other 2 gentlemen, you don't want to make the misses mad, b/c this day is about her for the most part. With that said, have a grea time with your boys though too. Congrats on the wedding too. Make sure you have a good variety, and don't go too big, as one's palate won't be able to appreciate a lot of really good beers. Don't over think/ overdo it.

Beer geeks be beer geeks, but I agree this is one of the handful of times not to get c**ted at an epic beer tasting.

Actually I'm not married, I've just been in that situation where we all had way to much to drink the night before and it was hard to fully enjoy the wedding festivities. Plus I've seen friends' brides less than happy due to night before partying, the groomsmen need to look ok for pictures and all

You've already got it figured out. The beers don't make things a good time, the people do - the beers are merely a supplement to it. If the folks are novice with this stuff, you can grab some locals as well and show them off to people who might not see them (from out of town). You can also hit a variety of styles.

I don't know what you're schedule is like, but I'd recommend trying to do the beer tasting TWO nights before the wedding.

For myself, I don't always feel like shit the morning after an "epic" tasting, but it's probably about a 50-50 chance that I will. It's just too easy to get carried away, especially once you're a handful of beers in and everyone's getting jolly and ready to crack open the next beer. By having it two nights before, you can let loose without any nagging concern about needing to stay somewhat sober to be good to go in the morning.

For my wedding, I went out with a bunch of friends on Friday night and went a little crazy, then had a chill Saturday night before getting married on Sunday evening (this was Memorial Day weekend). I didn't feel great on Saturday, but I felt very well-rested and prepared for the long wedding day by the time Sunday rolled around.

As far as beers--you've got a solid list already, so I won't muddy the waters with other recos.
