check RS food mart on rosewood/11th st in austin for bomb and abyss. don't believe they have a twitter. was dropping off 2 cases of bomb yesterday and they still had a full case of abyss - 16.99. sold some to bomb to craft pride, brew and brew, and payless food mart (burleson/oltorf) - for some possibly smaller places to find bomb. good luck to those who may have missed out

 

All 4 of the GI sisters were at Airport Specs yesterday. Pricey beers but they had plenty.

This is such an expensive month for beer. Goodness!

 

There was a case of Stone labeled Southern Charred at HEB hancock last night, but not there this morning.
If anyone in ATX is looking, call them to inquire, maybe they put it in the back.

Also, does anyone at JK today see any difference with the Atrial limit to two? Any speculation on it lasting to tomorrow and/or next weekend? Stay warm out there!

im not sure how long it's been out, but this year's victory at sea (with a new label ) is out. before going to pick up some bomb! i haven't been to a spec's in a few months.

shelf beer that pwns. big thumbs up.

 

Picked up last two Abyss at HEB 620/Anderson. Specs Four Points had 1 last night. HEB Four Points put out Choklat last night. Picked up a few, but plenty, 6 or 7 left on shelf. No Bomb out this way that I have seen.

 

If anyone in the Austin area still needs Abyss, Backwoods, or Bomb! shoot me a BM and I can point you in the right direction.

 

not me, i only got 2 (wife) but I did see a guy walking out with a case of abyss. apparently there was 12 on the shelf they guy had grabbed and there was none left. so I had ask the beer guy. he said one limit. I said a guy just walked out with a case. he said he didnt see it. Fukker. oh well 2 will keep my vertical going and I was out of cash from a great week of beerhunting

It's pretty cold out there, ~30 degrees. Decent amount of people buying bottles. It'll probably last till next weekend.

 

Jeff said he did this to encourage people to get out to the brewery this weekend. It was 28 degrees out there and I couldn't feel my face, lol.
