I dislike doppelbocks, Euro pale lager, AAL, and American barleywine.

I find doppels to be too sweet and thick and American barleywine is too bitter and boozy for me. The other two are a gimme.

    What about you?

I never seem to be in the mood for brown ale.

Belgians because of that funky Belgian yeast taste. I still drink them but not often. I also find Barleywines to be too bitter and boozy which is why I drink them very slowly and carefully when I do drink them which isnt often. AAL, unless its a less harsh and grainy one like Pabst or Narragansett then I dont like it.

I prefer black ipa's to be smoky, piney and a hint of lemon. Better to eat the burnt ends from a well smoked brisket. I try to appreciate all styles of beer.

If the title is as you REALLY meant, then my "least favorite" would be brown ales, which would be at the end of the list "favorites". But, as I suppose/assume you mean to say, my least desirable, least appealing, last on my list of beer styles to consume, I'd have to go with everything that is labeled an IPA, and likely everything labeled as a Pale Ale. Those are the styles I find least desirable. They are last on my (so far) list of styles I have experienced.

But, as always, drink what you like. And don't worry about others.

AAL's. Well most lagers in general. AND....wait for it...most IPA's. Not that I despise IPA's but don't care for most of the bombastic hop bombs. Let the butthurt commence

Saisons. I just don't like the flavor profile. The extends to the funkier Belgian IPAs as well.

Brown Ales. I'd always rather drink a richer style like porters and stouts.

I enjoy just about everything else.

Sugary sweet beer. Flavored beer (although the occasional decent coffee infused one has slipped through). Mostly I like beer flavored beer.

As many times as I have tried and probably just as many years I just can't get into porters or stouts. Might have to throw black IPA's in there as well. I can't drive coffee, messes with my stomach. Might have something to do with the reasons I don't like beers with those coffee notes to them. I keep trying them though.....

This new trend towards sour stouts is horrendous. I have yet to find one I like. They are far out of balance and just overall feature conflicting flavors. I'll gladly pass on those overpriced 22oz bottles

Lambics and sours. I feel bad that I dislike sours so much, but even after trying many of the "top" sours out there, I am repulsed by them.

IPA's in general. "Pine", "Tree Sap", and "Resin" are never adjectives I would want to use to describe the taste of my beer.

Also most belgians. They just do not sit well with me for some reason, even if I think they taste fine.

...I think I don't care for them because of the sweetness. Lately, I'm loving farmhouse style ales, and sours

Fruitbeers in general. Although there are some great ones out there & Pumpkin Ale. A whole lotta people mess up the gourd beer. Most of pumpkin beer got to be at least 7% abv to not taste thin...
