I need this in my life. Hope they have online sales. Otherwise, I'll have to grab some when I'm headed to TC next...

A couple people have asked me about the RRB bell. It is a cow bell that was made to commemorate the 2012 Tour of California bike race that traveled through Santa Rosa on the way to Southern California. I am not positive, but I believe that the IPA, "More Cowbell", from RRB was also originally made to celebrate the bike racing event as well.

I don't believe that cowbell breweriana is very common. Just a hunch.

Sooo Shaun doesn't actually serve people there, don't know if you've ever been. The person who served me, though, was kind enough to give (not sell) me one after talking (and begging, a little bit) with him/her for a while. Given the amount of cash I spend there, how much I love HF, and the fact that I won't ever sell or trade the taster... I bet Shaun would be cool with it though, yeah.

And by the way, they actually used to sell the tasters for a brief period way in the early days, I just never got a chance to get one then.

I too recently purchased a pair of the DFH tulip snifters. As near as I could tell they appear to be on the up and up. They're called high gravity snifters and I'm guessing they are used for the higher ABV stuff like Olde School, Bitches brew and World Wide stout alike. They have yet to show up on the DFH web page, but I wouldn't be surprise if its because they are so new. If what I've just stated is wrong, it doesn't matter, I like them anyways....so there.

I bought one that shattered as well. Thankfully the person replaced it for me. Was shocked when they only used a couple sheets of bubblewrap.
