Zombie Dust in IN?

that is very troubling, you really need to make friends with somebody who lives close to 3F's!

 

We will have it on tap @ Yogi's in Bloomington on May 15th 6pm.The last one we got lasted 3-4 hours.

Yogi's is awesome. Got Sun King Grapefruit Jungle last time i was there. I tell everyone i know who goes to Bloomington to stop there for awesome selections....

Dicky's Wild Hare in Fort Wayne has had it regularly over the past month-or-so...they're out right now, but have Dreadnaught on in place of it. With that said, MordorMongo is wrong/right...we don't get ANY bottles, but finding it on tap isn't that difficult.

Actually found it on tap at two different restaurants in northern kentucky within this past year.

 

I found two six packs of ZD in Indiana just last weekend. Unfortunately, I'd have to kill you if I told you where. BTW, it wasn't at their brewery, although I tried. Only had GH, AK, YY for sale at the time.

I know of a place that had posted (twitter) they had zombie dust and gumbalhead where we used to live in indiana. Sadly when my wife was back down there a couple weeks ago, no go. She did get me some alphak ing though. Drank them back to back yesterday on my birthday, both great in their own ways.

I was in chicago at the same time for work and got super lucky at binnys. Got both zombie dust and gumballhead, couple of the last 6 packs in the store and it was only on the floor for 15 minutes. I was happy to get some and actually traded out 2 to a local here. One last one in the fridge to enjoy this week.

 

If you can't find bottles of ZD in Indiana, you're doing it wrong. Can you walk into any random store and find it on the shelf. No. But I know at least two place I can check on a weekly basis that have it regularly (80% of the time it works all the time). make friends with your local craft beer retailers, they may even hold a six for you if you ask.

 

The Crown Liquors by me gets it from time to time, but sells it in single bottles only with a limit of ONE. F'in' ridiculous. I love the stuff, but I'm not going to bother being limited to a single bottle.

 

How old is this thread? Dust honestly isn't worth looking for if you aren't into being the guy who shows up at 11am on weekdays to buy beer. No place puts it on the shelf, you strictly have to ask for it, and good luck with that because it pisses off most employees when people ask.
