I just received a Hardywood GBS in trade. It leaked just a little bit. Maybe a teaspoon or so. Do you think it will Cellar ok? Is it more likely that it will go flat quicker. Seems like it is bound to have happened to someone else here. How did it turn out?

I can only imagine that the cork doesn't have the best seal if it leaked, and wouldn't make the best candidate for long time storage. Probably best to consume asap.

Think about it for a second. Fluid leaked out, so air can leak in.

Drink it before it's flat, which may have already occurred.

DRINK IMMEDIATELY!!!! Dont take a chance, if fluid came out that means air has gone into the bottle....

Had this happen with a few Cascade sours, drank them ASAP just in case and they were all great. I would not take the chance of cellaring it.

It is possible the bottle partially froze in transit, which could explain the leakage. As others have said drink immediately and it should be fine.
