    New from Deschutes: Cinder Cone Red Ale. Brewed with roasted barley as well as Amarillo & Tettnang hops,. 650ml bottles, 5.3%

    Not really a "new brew" (it's been in the database for over a decade and has hundreds of ratings/reviews on BA; http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/63/6502 ), but I'm glad to see this formerly NW regionally-released seasonal in much wider distribution. It's good stuff!

    Unless logistics prevent this I don't understand why the move to bombers. Really enjoyed this beer in the past

    With all the good six pack choices out there, I may actually pass on this one. If my local watering hole does get a quarter barrel of this, I will try it on tap.

    I am a sucker for a good red and Deschutes at least prices their bombers well (relatively to the market), so it being offered only in a bomber won't keep me away.
