Which is your favorite hop? Name a beer that uses your favorite hop. If one of these is not it, list yours and tell us why.

I'm torn apart between Citra And Nelson. May favorite IPA's contain these two most often but I know Galaxy is pretty popular.

Nelson Sauvin in Alpine Nelson. It's one of the first beers that actually blew me away.

    Nelson Sauvin.

Never had Alpine Nelson, which sounds like it would be mine if I ever did try it, so will go with Denver Beer Company's Incredible Pedal IPA.

Hmmm, love Citra. I've enjoyed it in CCB Tocobaga, where it is the dry hop addition, and recently in Dirtwolf, where it plays a more supporting role. I also made an all Citra IPA that was fantastic.

I haven't had that many commercial beers with Nelson, but when I dry hopped a berliner weisse with it, the flavor and aroma blew me away. I know there's also a lot of it in Enjoy By, but I'm not entirely sure what it is contributing there. I am now making an IPA with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Should be delicious.

Can't say I've had a lot of beers with Galaxy either.

I think Simcoe belongs on here. The majority of my favorite IPAs utilize a lot of Simcoe. Jai Alai, Hopslam, and Pliny for example. Simcoe might be my overall favorite hop.

I'll be the first to vote for citra. Zombie Dust may be my favorite session beer, and Pipeworks Citra Ninja was awesome.
I agree with this, and it is used in a lot of great IPAs. I also enjoy Hoptimum a lot as well.

I love Chinook, SN Celebration of course.
Another favorite is Amarillo, almost candy-like. Founders Red's Rye and GF Hop Head Red
Out of the three you listed, Citra. SN Torpedo
P.S. An incredible, incredibly Galaxy-forward IPA is Schlafly's TIPA.

Citra by a decent margin. Love it in Fort Point Pale Ale by Trillium and Double Citra by Hill Farmstead

Yeah Simcoe is key player in Pliny and Heady Topper. Definitely a fantastic hop. But Alpine Nelson is one I hold dear to my heart that showcases NS beautifully. Then Societes Pupil uses Nelson and Citra and that is a marvelous creation.

Then you have Zombie Dust and Kern Rivers Citra that are undeniably some of the best Citra showcasers. Galaxy is probably the newest so hope to see more IPA's utilizing it to its full potential.

I agree wholeheartedly with the love for Citra and Simcoe, probably my two overall favorites. I did just have Toppling Goliath Zeelander (Nelson Sauvin) on tap and it was absolutely incredible, really need to try more of that hop variant!

Mosaic is also really climbing the rankings of my favorites recently.

I really like Nelson. A local place did an all NS brew, and it took my taste buds on a magical journey that I've been trying to experience again ever since.

I had an amazing Cascase single hop APA from either Central City or Bear Republic (don't remember exactly) and I could not believe how tasty it was for a hop that is so common and not coveted.

I know it's as common as dirt & often misused, but when applied correctly still thrills me...

I'm sure some of you have had Mikkellers Nelson Sauvignon and Prairies Merica. A biere de brut and "saison" that are absolutely delicious and use the Nelson hop in grandeur.
