Either that's a lie, or someone stole the box... let's hope FedEx screwed their tracking up.

 

If his sender does indeed not come through, just send a message to the entire group with his info so that we all have it for those of us that want to pitch in. Obviously no expectations, and this could ultimately end up being the largest haul. lol

 

Jeff do you already have a bottle of this years GBS? If not I am sending one your way. I'm not patient and frankly don't feel like waiting for someone who got a killer box to maybe send something. It won't make it for Xmas but atleast it will be there for New Years. Might have to see what else from VA you need for the "Kids" tasting coming up.

 

I do not have GBS, that's very nice of you. If you want to send it and it gets here before the 4th, I'll share it with the rest of the Kids and SWTFYW crew.
I'm still holding out hope that my shipper does send the box that she's obligated to send, so don't jump the gun. We're only just at the end of the shipping window, so who knows?
As much as I'd hate to see someone flake out on shipping (especially since I sent her a pretty nice load of stuff), with all the generosity expressed in the last page or two, I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a little part of me that is hoping she doesn't come through.

 

Just let me know if you want it sent to your work or a different place.

 

Oh no please don't say that. Can you check with any neighbors on whether they saw any boxes at the front of your building? If it doesn't show up there by tomorrow I'll follow up with Fedex on Thursday.

@CraftBeerMe I called just now to have the trace started. Not sure with the holiday if the local pick-up and delivery dept. will receive the request today, but hopefully as the woman stated, by the end of next business day (Thursday), this step is completed. They may call you with any questions so just a heads up.

My fingers are still crossed that it is on the Home Delivery truck when it was originally updated as scheduled for today, and they mistakenly updated the tracking # as a missed-scan delivery exception based on the other two arriving. If it arrives today, please post or message me so I can calm down.

 

Let me add something to that box before you ship!

Oh, FYI, I dropped off my box last night, a 31lb'er, but sadly missed it going out in yesterday's shipment. Damn mall traffic.

It should arrive in time for the weekend though, assuming Thursday and Friday are business days.

Oh, and for those keeping score at home, I called an audible on the growler, as the brewery was crazy and included some beers from a brewery a few states North of me
