I loved last year's. Unfortunately, this comes nowhere near Louisiana.

last year me getting this was almost too easy. Bottle Barn in Santa Rosa had a couple cases sitting out on the floor. After grabbing some bottles I had to tell my buddy who came with that we gotta go before I talk myself into walking out with a case.

Agreed, this was a hard one to get in Chitown. I'm willing to trade for a bottle as I'm a little burnt on beer hunting for a while. Just looking for one, I'd cough up something nice for it. Got plenty BCBS, and some BA Plead the 5th. Among other brews

Love this beer. It was super easy to find last year; in fact there's still a ton on the shelves around me. Great stuff.

Where are you in MA? I have 1 bottle left but would love another. I'm in Boston and it lingered a little bit around here, enough that I was able to grab half a case over time, but has been gone for awhile. I always get nervous because, while I've never had an issue getting Sucaba and DDBA, Parabola and Anniversary have been a nightmare.

Yeah Parabola is a shit show for sure, and I've never seen 14 or 15. I live in Taunton, and De Buca's Wine and Spirits has a bunch of 2013 Sucaba left over. They moved it to their "Rare" Beer shelf. Also, my girlfriend lives in Plymouth and Pioppi's Liquors had a bunch of Sucaba from 2012 and 2013 on the shelf the last time I was there.

Good to know. My gf works in Raynham and has grabbed a few things for me there. Never been myself but I hear they have a good selection. I'd ask her to grab me a bottle but she's not too happy a with the amount I've spent on BCBS lately

If she works in Rayham the better choice is to go a couple miles up rt 44 to Muckey's. WAY better selection, but they sell out of the harder to get stuff a lot faster. And if you become friendly with their beer manager you are offered tons of goodies from his private stash, but you got to be on the in for that privilege.

They actually just gave their employee's/rep's their tester Sour... 1 Bottle per rep/employee and they are under STRICT rules to not touch it for 3 months. Bottled on 12/10/13. They showed me. Labeled under their "Barrel Works" label... I cant wait until March 10th when my friend opens it

Went to the tasting room this weekend. Sucaba 2013 was on tap at Barrelworks. Didn't ask about 2014 since I was too happy to be there with the girlfriend and too happy on Stickee Monkee, Vessel 8, Lil Opal, and 17th anniversary to remember. Can't wait to try a bottle in a few months though.

I'd like to be able to finally try this. ISO! I wish Firestone came to Minnesota.

I am home in SLO for the holidays, planning to go to barrelworks this weekend. I saw a picture of a bottle of Feral One on Instagram, was somehow hoping they would silently release it and I could snag a few while here. I guess I'll have to settle for drinking something else delicious on tap there. Tough life

I know 2 years ago in north NJ it sat on the shelves for a decent amount of time, i'm not sure about last year, I didn't look for it but I think it sold out fairly quickly.

last year, goose island bsbc, 4 cases were put out on the floor, no limit, and it lasted for a few weeks. This year it was kept in the back, request only

Firestone is my second favorite BA program, they are definitely top notch but when it comes to the best, there's no doubt about it Goose Island's Barrel Aged beers are the best hands down. I have tried a my fair share of BA beers as well and I always compare them to Goose, and nothing quite lives up to the Masters.

No doubt. Goose Island is on another plane. Theirs beers blow everything out of the water. Nothing comes close. Can you even imagine Bourbon County Brand Budweiser?

Too bad GA has that stupid abv law. Looks like i'll have to travel down to jacksonville to get this brew. Had to do the same for BCBS and all its variants. Worth it though!

I'll settle this, FW and GI are a notch above the rest when it comes to barrels.

I think this much is easy to agree on

Oh, btw, my dick is bigger than yours

I'm interested to know how your sampling went for these, except for the last sentence, that you can keep to yourself:wink:
