So I really want to pursue brewing as a career and since I live just outside of Chicago I am really considering enrolling in their Associate or Internation Brewers program, has anyone here taken these courses? If so, how was it? Also, is there a way to get loans for the tuition? Any information would be awesome.
I'm interested in this info as well. OP, you will probably have better luck if you post this in the US-Great Lakes forum.
http://www.siebelinstitute.com/courses-a-programs/scholarships http://www.siebelinstitute.com/component/content/article/24-course-outlines/85-master-brewer-program-outline about 14K or so. get a loan. good luck. Its easier to work up and learn OJT. I am sure its a great school or so I have read. I say work for free for a while in a brewery and see if you like it. Its hard work.
