I've had fresh, at 6 months and at a year. Fresh it is a solid beer, but doesn't offer up much if you are looking for the "wild". It just gets better and better the longer it sits. It takes a minute for the Brett to work its magic, but it is totally worth the wait. One beer I've had no problem not opening before I really intend to.

Funny I just took one out of my cellar yesterday to drink. Had it for a year on its side since it's corked. Hoping the Brett did it's work. Will open it this week.

I've had one bottle, wasn't as wild as I had hoped.

It is drinking it's best yet, but don't expect sanctification or anything like that. Nice mild brett and belgian characteristics.

I found a few bottles sitting buried in the back of my cellar the other day.
Haven't popped one of them since a few months after bottled, so I'm looking forward to seeing what it's doing.

Drank one about a month ago, stored warm the whole time, but there was virtually no Brett character in my bottle. Still a nice beer despite that though.

Had my bottle today. The description on the back is pretty damn accurate. Green grass, pear, spices, with a touch of lemon. Only other descriptor I would throw in there is an obvious brett funk. I think this is ready to drink now. May start to see off flavors with a year or more of cellaring. Very nice beer. Drink up!

For $4 a bottle I'd buy a case. It's not the super-power team up I think we all hoped it would be but I felt it would have been a perfectly fine brett beer if it went for half the price point. Can't remember when I cracked open my last bottle but I felt the age improved it considerably.

Don't base any opinions on it until you have tried it first. I loved the beer and still have 2 bottles. I say drink it, I put one of my 2 on ice and plan to drink it real soon.

I don't think that word means what you think that word means.

I had one a couple weeks ago. The brett was even more apparent in the aroma, but I found the flavor to be lacking. It's like the yeast had eaten up a lot of the character and left a bubbly and slightly bland flavor. But the aroma was definitely brettier.

Just to clarify on this, was this beer just brewed and bottled one time, and everything that I still see on shelves is left from that brew?

I just snagged one because I have considered it about 10 times over the past year and always passed.

I think so, if you want to try it you better get it soon.

I opened one about a month ago with some other wild ales, and this was the only bad one! So disappointing
