Expected Releases in January

It's 20°F in Atlanta right now--that FIS is sounding mighty goddamned good.

EDIT: Do wish we got FSW around here though. Would have loved to grab some XVII!

I'd disagree. I like FIS better. But it's all opinion.

I want to try half FIS, half FBS and see how it is.

 

You can have a wrong opinion and I agree with you, I found Narwal too sweet and too boozy

I bought a few XVII in California in November. I should have bought way more.

 

Interesting. I felt the opposite. I thought XVI > XV > XIV > XVII. Obviously just my opinion!

 

Yeah, we all have different tastes for sure. I liked them all, but just thought that XVII was really really good. XIV at this point is a bit Oxidized so I think that's why I rated XVII higher. It would still be close even if both were at their peak I think.

XVII totally surprised me and I feel is one of the best blended beers I've had.

I rate XVII > XIV > XVI > XV

I've heard XII is the best though.

 

+1 on xvii.....i had some last night and my pants started to feel funny.
