Who else would like to see Surly Hell or Overrated (or whateverhaveyou) in 12 packs of 12 oz cans?

I wouldn't mind paying $17.49 or so for for a 12 pack of CynicAle.

Why would I want to buy a Surly 12 pack when I could buy a Saga 12 pack for 6 buck less...

Because Surly doesn't just make IPA's.

I would love 12 packs for ~$17. This will never happen though, so damn you for teasing us with the title! Surly sells too well for them to have any incentive to reduce their profit margin...

I'd also love their bombers for ~$10 instead of $18-25... again...no incentive as they fly off the shelves as is.

The surly folks are awesome, but not that awesome that they will give us a 20% discount for no reason.

I heard they are starting to sell 12 packs of Saga at Aldi. Can you confirm this?

Surly 4 packs are approximately $10, 12 packs would probably be $30ish.

$17.99 for 12 is what I will pay in my dreams tonight though.

$22.50 if the premise is that there would be a switch to 12oz cans.

If they did anything it would be a 17.99 8 pack.

No, consider bottle sizes. I'm referring to a 12pack of 12 ounce cans.

    A 4 pack of 16 ounce cans is 64 ounces- 8 ounces, or 11.1111...% less than a 6 pack of 12 ounce bottles/cans (72oz). So... $9.99 x 2 = $19.98

So, for a 12 pack of 12 oz cans:

    $19.98/(1-0.111...) = $19.98/0.8888... = $19.98 x 1.125 = $22.48

Ok, so $17-18 is still wishful thinking, but $20 seems more reasonable.

Honestly I am seeing a lot of smoke and seviin still around, I think the bomber price might be getting too high.

Smoke is a shelf turd. Look hard enough and you can still find bottles from 2012. Seviin is really good, but yes, way over priced. Plenty of cheaper, as good or better alternatives readily available both locally and non local. Same goes for Darkness. Kinda over the Surly chasing. Good beer but I won't die if I don't score at least 4 of every special release bombers they put out.

I know, but the saga vs. furious vs. etc argument is worn out and distracts from the OP point. Which i happen to agree with. I'd love 12oz furious cans.

Better yet, how about 12oz Cacao Bender cans. I need my cacao fix!
