    Liquor Depot in New Britain is out of the coffee but still has barley wine I think and received Backyard today, although it was only one case.

    Anybody know of anywhere in Eastern CT besides A&P in Mystic and Waterford for Coffee n Barleywine? Also looking for Backyard.

    Parkview in WH just put it on sale today. 1 bottle limit for coffee

    Seaside in old saybrook has coffee 4 packs for $30 each. On a side note, they also have Brooklyn black ops.

    Picked up a 4 pack of the coffee in Norwalk yesterday at total wine. They sold me one of the last ones but said they had plenty of barleywine. I had to ask and they went into the back to get it.

    Picked up coffee at BevMax in Stamford earlier today. $30/four pack, four bottle limit per person. Had to ask for it, as they kept it behind the counter. At around 3pm it looked like they had about a case left.

    Liquor Depot in New Britain never had Backyard as has been intimated here (and that's from the beer manager) and is out of coffee. Two bottles of Barleywine on the shelf as of 330 pm yesterday. Parkview in West Hartford is out of coffee and also had no Backyard. Two bottles of Barleywine only. Parkview said Backyard won't be released until February.

    I picked up a backyard rye at Liquor Depot in New Britain. Afterwards texted a friend and he was able to get one as well. I thought it was strange that surrounding stores didn't receive any that day.

    This was Friday afternoon and yes, I am a regular. The bombers were put out one at a time on the shelf and replaced when an employee noticed the vacancy. That seems to be how they're dealing with limited beers these days. My usual spots around them did not receive any though which seemed unusual to me.

    No problem. May not have been intentional. Someone there told me they didn't receive coffee last year when I know I bought 4 bombers from them.

    that was my first visit to Depot. I'm somewhat of a regular at Manchester Wine and Liquors and stop into Harvest in West Harford on occassion. How would you rate Depot as compared to those stores, assuming you've visited?

    I don't know Manchester well. As for liquor depot and harvest, I find them to be close in quality. Liquor depot suits my commute so I tend to go there more often.

    Also Liquor depot is a couple of bucks cheaper per 22oz/4packs/6packs then Harvest. I have stopped going to harvest because of the prices. Plenty of other decent spots that are not as much money.

    A case of coffee was still available at BevMax in Stamford as of 11am this morning. I know I sound like a broken record here, I just want to keep everybody informed!
