Looking to purchase brewstand, thoughts?

    I can tell you I did the angle iron setup and the thing is incredibly sturdy. It cost about $200 plus the burners so your cost would be pretty close.

    Did you construct it yourself? This was my original option so I'd be interested to hear if you experience any wobble or deterioration of the iron.

    I built it myself based on plans found on homebrewtalk. It was very easy. I don't have any wobble at all. The thing is a brick. Also, I got powder coated angle iron from mcmaster carr so it should hold up pretty well.

    I built it right before Christmas but have only had time to brew twice on it. Both went great. I am going to add wind shields to it as soon as I have time. As someone above stated, you could just have burners next to each other on the ground, I like the ease of storage with everything on the cart. Also, I have a pump so having that mounted is very nice.
