Their 2x series has all been great, from what I've had -- except 2x Steam Eh..

Here we go again with the imperial pale ale stuff from Southern Tier. 8.1% pale ale......fantastic.

Awesome. I'll definitely try this. I love single hop beers to learn about the flavor profile and I love the Mosaic hop. Pretty complex flavor.

This sounds very tasty. Southern Tier gets a lot of recognition (both good and bad) for their flavored stouts, but they also know their way around hops. 2XIPA and Unearthly (especially the oak-aged version) are still some of my favorites.

I do loves me some Mosaic, will definitely be picking this up when I see it around for my Mosaic fix, especially since Hop Ranch won't be around much longer.

Would like to try, hopefully it's much better than the 2XIPA though.

Southern Tier rep was just in yesterday. He sold me on a couple kegs to try out. It really does sound amazing. I on the fence with the Farmers Tan but I'm sure I will give it a go also.

In their defense they had an Imperial Pale ale a long time ago that was discontinued. But yeah they do enjoy imperialized versions of everything. As long as their good I don't have a problem.

Usually their IPAs are way over sweet. Stouts are also very, very sweet, but it is more acceptable, becouse those should not be refreshing like IPAs. I prefer drier stouts though.

This Imperial Pale Ale could be drier. I think there is less malt, so it could be even quite good...

Imperial single stout 9%. Not a double stout, just an imperial single stout.

Start jumping onto the Mosaic hop train. No complaints here. Love that more beers are using it.

Yeah I know, it was Hoppe. I was never a fan of that beer and it was discontinued for a reason.

This beer is excellent. Bought a case today. Drinking bottle number two right now. Better than Victory Hop Ranch or Great Lakes Chillwave, which both also feature Mosaic.
