The Goose has landed.

Was told there is a 1 4 pack per person when I was in there the other day, may depend on who ya speak to haha.

 

im bumping this one. anyone in the Bay Area other than San Jose see bramble around? did it come and go on the peninsula?

i see socal got their stuff, should have labnded around town by now

 

East Bay received like 5-6 cases about 3 wks ago and was only able to find one

 

Out of the entire South Bay I found one bottle of BCBS. Go figure.

 

I heard the WF in Los Altos got 1 case and was gone in 30mins.

 

I picked up a two 4 packs of regular BCBS from Bevmo in Torrance last week, I was there during lunch and there they were in a cardboard Goose Island display case, I asked an employee nearby if he plan to put out anymore and he said that was all they had until next year and also Bevmo Stores will be requesting a bigger shipment next year.

 

BCBS was very limited in the South Bay from what i heard and as a beer lover i couldnt even find one for myself our Goose Island Distributor had 4 kegs for draft but told us if we keep a Goose Island Tap handle year round they would award us with BCBS during release day.

 

You mean Backyard, not Bramble.

Backyard has come and gone from the Oakland and Berkeley WFs already. Haven't looked into Ledger's, but I assume it's already flown thru there as well. Figure I'm stocking up via trades, not local stores.

 

Yup its gone from ledgers, if they ever even got it. They got 1 case of BCBS which sold out that day and I never saw coffee/BW there.

 

Backyard has come and gone from sf bevmo as well as of two weeks ago

 

What? My BevMo never got any in! I wonder if North Main did...

 

My buddy's bevmo got tons of GI in, while others shut out. Prob depends on the stores buyer.

 

And, buyers and vendors. Many times stuff intended for my store gets diverted to the larger. Which is stupid, since the product sells either way...

We only got 4-packs of Bourbon County Brand Stout, and the three sisters. None of the off-shoots.

 

BevMo Van Ness has a few cases of BCBS left 1 4-pack p/customer limit. A few BevMo's got 1 case of Backyard. I think the only one that still has some left is the Geary store.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to pickup a Backyard Rye at the Geary store today (1 per customer limit). Only a couple left!

Anymore Backyard Rye making an appearance? I've been driving around, calling, trying to find this damn beer for over a month.

 

If you are still in search of BCS, there are 4 packs on the shelf at the Vacaville, CA Bevmo. May be worthwhile checking the Fairfield store too. No variants.
