My haul for the day, bargain basement boobies. Missed my snifter so much (currently known as Jeff's Big Ass Glass) that I set out to Goodwill to find another and struck gold when I happened across 2, AND a Hennepin glass. Need to figure out what to engrave on these now...

and happy to be in possession of Jeff's Big Ass Glass!
I put it away for the bottle share for fear of drunken breakage, but it is my go to glass when I want to drink 2 beers at a time!

Funny you should mention this today. I just opened an unexpected box to find another Imperial Stout Trooper. I'm actually going to drink this one.

The box also had a couple of other things...

I've had it and enjoyed it. It is sweet, so best for a desert beer.....and one of my local shops has plenty of it

So basically like a Creme Brûlée right?

Did not think it was as sweet as Creme Brulee, and it had that classic Biscotti Break taste to it as well.

I'm pretty sure it uses Biscotti as the base so it's already pretty good. It's thick, not as sweet as Creme Brulee, but would be tough to put one down by yourself. I split a bottle and it was great but it went down slow. Definitely worth trying at least once, but it's a little too expensive for me to want to get again.

Is that as big as your head?
We're going to need to see that filled with a nice dark beer (or 2) to really show it off

Man, it's been a while since I've posted one of these updates. For those participating in the distance LIF, here's the latest and greatest.

    Updated Map: http://goo.gl/maps/OgYsK

    Total Distance Travelled: 15,579 miles
    Total Participants Left: 19

And here's the info for each current bottle:

Jack's Abby Kiwi Rising (1st Stop)
    Boulevard BBQ (2nd Stop)
    Boulevard Terra Incognita (7th stop)
Sierra Nevada Ovila Abbey Saison (2nd Stop)
Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break (5th Stop)
New Belgium Le Terroir (2nd Stop)
    Allagash Curieux (1st Stop)
Thirsty Dog BA Wulver (1st Stop)
Pretty Things Jack D'or (1st Stop)
    Wormtown Be Hoppy (1st Stop)
Night Shift Mainer Weisse (1st Stop)
Clown Shoes Vampire Slayer (1st Stop)

Remember that if the box gets to you, you may select an additional bottle on top of the six if that bottle has 3 or more stops. However, you have to replace any and all bottles you take. WIth that said, the following bottles qualify for this rule:

    Boulevard Terra Incognita (7th stop)
Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break (5th Stop)

Yes! Curious as to if any of you guys would be interested in another BIF inside infinity for March Madness. I know we skintight have 64 teams here but if 32 people from here or 16 if we have to. But basically like other sports BIFS , you put up say 44 oz of good beer and get a team randomly. If there is enough interest we can discuss pay outs. I would be happy to run this, got my BIF running feet wet running a football playoff one. You would get your team randomly drawn out of a hat/bowl. So if interested we would need at least 16 people, hopefully 32.
