Hopslam in Jackson or Detroit?

Whole foods in Detroit or Holiday Market right outside Detroit should have it. If you are driving from Jackson to Detroit on 94...stop in Ann Arbor at Plum Market or Whole Foods.

 

Just took this at Busch's on Ann Arbor Saline (not too far from 94 either) at about noon.
(Sorry for the potato quality; I was standing in a bit of a thoroughfare and snapped it quickly w/out focusing.)

 

As far as Jackson, Super liquor and/or Kibby Cobb should have it.

 

All I know is if I make three stops and get no Hopslam, I'm going to be annoyed.
It's gone completely mad in Oakland County.

 

i know its no consolation but there is a lot more draft this year. maybe a growler somewhere? i couldn't even get a case for personal consumption, but i was able to get 2 barrels. weird

 

I've seen a lot of it, not sure what's up. It does seem to be moving faster this year, but I imagine there will still be plenty of places with it sitting around.

The abundance of draft this year is nice. The *other* beer ticking thing indicates it's on tap just about everywhere.

 

Work in Oakland County and got out at 5:30, almost every place I went, "Ahhh sorry, just sold the last 6 pack 20 minutes ago."

Found it at a small place in Berkley. Saw a ton in Hiller's in Livonia on Saturday. Overall, glad I was able to get some, just surprised at how fast this flew out of stores this year.

 

I am sure there will be a second and/or third shipment to the Detroit area before it's gone. It does seem to be flying off the shelves quicker this year. But the weather might have delayed shipments also. You might want to venture to Toledo to get some.

 

Anyone know where on draft now (like for HH today), in the RO, Bham, Ferndale, Berkley area?

Man...its everywhere in Ann Arbor...every bar and every store has it...Ive went through a case already...and as was mentioned earlier, 2nd and third shipments are likely to happen...second shipment may have happened today...good luck...

 

If you cant find any Hopslam bottles you are definately not looking hard enough...

 

Royal Liquor in Royal Oak has about three cases left at $19.99 per six pack.
