At first I was all "WTF HOW CAN YOU!" then I was all "wait, that might actually be pretty good, it doesn't look like it was that much beer that he used, I wonder if he's onto something..." and then I was all "he got me, the bastard!"

Reading labels helps and reading reviews also helps.

It's not all about tons of hops. What I don't understand is this HOP craze. And people say how crisp, refreshing and delicious those beers are. Ummm....no. They're mostly bitter and most lack layers of flavors and complexity. So there...Stick to the styles you like and familiar with. It's like if somebody get a 4-pack of Palate Wrecker and then complains about it being bitter. Do people really like their beers that bitter?

One of the best beers I tasted, I wasn't even remotely disappointed. Man this beer makes me drool.

I can't wait to get my hands on a bottle or two. I've had it in my wants for a while. Even non-BA version.

I love Wulver, Sucaba, Backwood Bastard, and MoAS. While not the exact "old ale", they are similar in style. They are far from hoppy. I was just expecting the BB4D to be less sweet. The syrupy sweetness threw the beer out of balance for me, just like an overly hoppy unenjoyable IPA would.

 If I had any more, I'll drain pour, video it, and watch your reaction...hahahaha. J/K...I'd send some over for some Belgian Red, but I don't have any more.

It's all good, man. No worries! One love...Braggot Old Ale aged in BB? They do, from what I hear, make awesome meads and braggots.
