Brooklyn XXXXX XXX release??

    Any ideas when Brooklyn Black Ops, or what the Brooklyn Brewery calls Brooklyn XXXXX XXX will be released for 2012?

    they just never really gave it an official name as it was first released to friends and family as an experiment. they still do beers that are never officially named like the Cuvee de Elijah...

    Yeah, I've never seen it written with all Xs. I've seen them refer to it as "a certain non-existent barrel aged stout" when teasing beer lists for events, but that's about it. And yeah, mid-late December is the usual release time.

    Pretty consistently a December release -- so you've got more than half a year to go....
