Royal Park Fine Wines. They only managed to score one case and they're almost certainly sold out by this point.

Yeah, I figured they got it. I don't shop there anymore. I've seen some ridiculous asking prices for stuff and the manager has been very rude to me multiple times unfortunately. Won't go back.

Never would have bought this but someone gave me some and it is pretty decent. If it didn't say "doughnut" on it I guarantee nobody would be pretending to taste cake flavors or whatever though. Not worth more than maybe 10 bucks either way. I feel sorry for everyone who paid 18 dollars for a gimmick beer.

Listen up BA'ers, what little rep I have on the line is being put out there right now. As you may notice from earlier in this thread, I took it upon myself to try a glazed doughnut dunked in Lil' B. And may I be STRUCK DOWN by the mighty Alstroms themselves if this beer doesn't taste almost EXACTLY like that experience! I keep chuckling to myself after every couple of sips at how close it is. Oh man, every body is different, but I taste glazed doughnut, plenty of glazed doughnut.

Not a perfect beer by any means (see my review), but wow, that impressed me.

Yes, picked it up there too last night. Glad the bottles finally came to NY. It was on tap at Torst, in Brooklyn, soon after it was released (and back again) but I didn't get to try it.

So Imperial Break says Stout on the label and Natale that is supposed to be the same base beer on cherries says porter on the label , what does doughnut say , Stouter?

I would guess its Jeppe's jab at the whole debate of " Is there a difference in porters and stouts?" and his thought is No it would seem. Unless his thought is adding Cherries to a stout makes it a porter , lol

I enjoyed it. Like others said, not as good as IBB, but its still delicious.

Who gives a shit? Why are you people so hung up on the whole "imperial porter" "imperial stout" debate. It is what it is.

No one said they gave a shit , making an observation about the bottle labels , take your anxiety meds and chill

Yeah I asked him a while back on twitter if IBB was an imperial stout or porter since I'd seen it listed as both. His response was along the line of "both, neither, they're the same and different! who cares!"

    Coffee Jesus gets my vote.

I for one don't , as long as he keeps making good brew , I wonder how man people who don't like "Porters" love this brew? LoL

Finally saw this at my local yesterday. I picked one up (16.04) and had it last night. Really for 16 dollars I was expecting a bit more. Was it good, yes. Was it 16 dollars good, no. If it was 12 dollars than sure I'd buy a couple of them but at 16 dollars IMO I'd rather get more FW 17 or some of the bourbon break.
