Favorite breweries that aren't distributed in your area

    Realistically I would say Bells, Surly, Odell, LongTrail, Harpoon, and Founders.

    There are a lot of others but I can understand why smaller local breweries are not able to distribute very far. I think the ones I mentioned could all handle Washington in terms of production and logistics.

    HF and the Alchemist are a little too obvious. I'm also going to exclude breweries I really want to try (Bell's, Surly), but can't speak from experience. I'm also excluding RR and Alpine, since their distro isn't too large to begin with, if I understand it correctly. Thus, my list is very small:

    Firestone Walker
    Cigar City
    FFF

    Those would make me a pretty happy dude, right there.

    Could really go for these in Delaware:

    Founder's
    Oskar Blues
    Cigar City
    New Glarus
    Great Lakes
    3 Floyds
    Live Oak (very wishful thinking!!)

    Luckily, a 10-minute drive over to PA can net me the first three (gotta buy a whole case, though). For a little-ass state, we don't do too bad...Just got a few new ones in the last couple of months, such as New Belgium and Lagunitas.

    New Glarus. They just brew awesome fruit beers I can't get from anyone else. Stands out for me.

    We have been pretty lucky in the Midwest with our expanding distributions from out of town beer companys and surly went as far as brewing a special batch of darkness to release so hopefully it wont be long before others arrive like-Odell (myrcenary), Cigar City, and Hill Farmstead.

    I'm irritated by the beers they sell in Colorado but not New Mexico. It's only one state away!

    Russian River (this one is easy to forgive)

    Soon I'll be moving to Florida, so I'll gain The Bruery, Cigar City, and some others, but I'll be losing access to Odell, North Coast, etc.

    Its almost easier to list what is available here than what isn't. But short list of what id love to see up here:

    The list goes on and on and on, just sad that most of these are under 12 hour drive away but Canada is weird with archaic liquor laws.
