    1. Pour your favorite stout into a french press
    2. Add some dried coconut flakes to it
    3. Let sit for 15-30 mins
    4. Press and pour

Saw someone do that on here not too long ago. I think I'm going to give it a try, see how it turns out.

Mom Hiwa. How this had not been mentioned I do not know. Rum Barreled Coconut Porter. If you want pronounced coconut, this is your guy. It will actually cost you less of in trade to track down then Prop and Imo ii is better. Don't get me wrong, Prop was was good but there seems to be shot a lot of variation in coconut bottle to bottle and for what ridiculousness a 12000+ bottle count is commanding in trade, it's just not worth it.

I wasn't to impressed with it it was a solid beer but it was way to over hyped. I prefer Pipeworks TNA over that.

Momi hiwa is what you seek. Its huge, and there is actually coconut pieces floating in it when you pour. I found it too sweet, but its like getting smashed in the face with coconut.

I have multiples, and I'm not in Chicago. Oh, wait. That's right... I left Thanksgiving dinner at 8pm in NY and drove through the night 13 hours to show up at Binny's at 8am Chicago time and left Chicago that Friday night with 4 bottles. Oh, and I stopped at 3Floyds, Half Acre, Fatheads, Willoughby, Spring House and Tired Hands on the way home to NY, where I arrived with a car full of beer on Sunday evening. I guess all it takes is some commitment to the hunt...

Funky ftw!! Toasty Nut has been mentioned, hell of a beer. The haters can say Momi Hiwa over Prop, but that's just silly. Props wins, hands down, but since it's absurd to think everyone can get their hands on it, trade for a Toasty Nut- just came out, can still be bought online, and doesn't command an arm and a leg. Or buy some Maui or if you aren't a "uber ticker", grab Kona Koko Brown- not a bad beer by any stretch of the imagination, you get a ton of coconut (borderline tanning oil, but not QUITE there), and you can drink more than one in a sitting (unlike many of the others being mentioned, even by me).
