I had a fresh OTWOA last week. Falconers Flight is very interesting and was a different flavor than I have ever had in a DIPA.. I really liked it.

 

I need more coffee. I managed to trade for a 4 pack, but one's gone. BW showed up in Atlanta with 0 warning, so... maybe there's a chance.

 

Yea I saw that. Ale yeah! didn't even post it I believe. That being said my friend who lives in Decatur, GA said coffee'll drop in the same fashion

I have had two bottles of this year's, and have three left. It is unfuckingbelievable.

I bought 2 bottles yesterday. I think I may just go to the brewery anyways today and try it on tap. I probably should have done this the opposite way, but I saw it in the store, and had to get it while I could.

 

This is exactly what happens to me every time. When you're there and its in front of you its hard to make the right call.

 

I have no issue giving a local brewery a shot on something more experimental like a BBA Chocolate Stout...I am just hoping it was a wise investment to get two. WE shall find out. There are not even BA reviews yet....

 

It has a 3.60 with 23 check ins on Untappd. So far people say' "not enough barrel, flavors are all over the place and highly carbonated. "

 

I'm drinking a bottle tonight, I'll let ya'll know.

 

With Adelberts, that doesn't surprise me.

 

After looking through those...I think it will be a decent beer but needs more bourbon. Someone gave it a 1 star out of the 10 or so that actually reviewed it...and gives Kostrizer (sp?) a 4 star two reviews down. So, I question that review already.

 

yeah they are known for having high carb, sometimes a good thing, sometimes a bad.

 

Is that because they bottle condition? Not a fan of high carb stouts.
