You have a good point. I'd consider it more of an upgrade than a replacement.
We'll still have to vote on it at the next super secret meeting.

Well... Looks like UPS is dropping the ball today. Just called, and even though the package was slated for delivery today, it's not gonna happen.

Here's a pair of tits I got in the mail today to fulfill your pron fantasies:

Cellar question for you all. I'm in the midst of reorganizing my cellar. Maybe I should say organizing, since up til now it's just been a pile of boxes.
Anyway, I cleared out some space and got some shelves set up.
My question is; how does everybody keep their cellar organized? By age? By style?
At first, I was just going to put the boxes on the shelves, but realized I still wouldn't be able to see what's in each box and stuff would probably get overlooked. Now I'm thinking of cutting each box in 1/2 so that I can at least see the tops of the bottles to have an idea of what is there, but still get the support of the carton so that if I bump the shelves in a drunken accident, it doesn't turn into a disaster.
    Thoughts?

Mine is a disaster, but it is nice to find a surprise every time I try to organize it.

I've got mine organized by style, or at least as close as it can be. I have a stout/ porter shelf, a Barleywine/ old ale shelf, a Belgian/ sour shelf, and a miscellaneous shelf. It has served me well so far except for the fact that my stout shelf has now moved to another set of shelves thanks to Bourbon County.
