Haven't been thrilled about any ambers. Hoping the Alaskan Imperial Red in my cellar changes that for me, I guess it would be my first impy red - also haven't had Summit's red, but after learning more about it recently, and the impending name change, I'm pretty interested.

    gose
    Vienna lager
I do not like gose one bit and I will never order or buy a Vienna as of now but I can drink them fine.

I do like some brown ales but as someone said before, if I'm in the mood for something dark, id rather go all the way to stout/Imp stout/RIS or porter.

I've tried stouts/porters quite a few times. Good ones too like BCBS or Evil Twins Biscotti Break. I want to like them, I get them over and over again but I just dont enjoy them.

1- List what styles of beer you dont like.
2- Say whether you built a taste for that style over time.

    Cheers!

American Adjunct Lagers-Haven't had a taste for this style since I was 13 stealing my dad's Old Milwaukee from the fridge.

I like all styles except the obvious American Adjunct. However, I find mpre often than not that smoked beers aren't usually my favorites.

I can't get down with most Belgian ales (dubbel, tripel, etc). But I love the Belgian traditional sours (Gueuze, Lambic, Flanders, etc).

I actually haven't had a Belgian Saison that I liked, but I love the Hill Farmstead saisons because of their tartness and lack of that Belgian Saison-y taste

I like good beer of every style, but I have had a number of very average at best craft brown and amber ales.

Lager isn't a style of beer, it's a fermentation process. Sorry to be the beer police, ha ha.

Belgium ales, can't get past that multiple use of spices and how its processed ,unless there's one that could get me over the hump.

Yes, agreed on the pumpkin beers!! I don't get that compilation at all. I really don't like the overly spiced stuff at all. I avoid the seasonal limited brews, I'd rather try something that I might actually enjoy! Still waiting for someone to develop a sour cream and onion brew. Wouldn't be surprised if it pops up, if it hasn't been tried already. Gag!

Fruit beers, sours and most belgiums. I have tried to find ones I like, but could never find anything I could stomach.
As much as all of these styles are referenced and discussed on here, I always thought I was the odd one for not liking them.

The only one I've had so far where I didn't really care for any of the beers I've tried in that style is scotch ales. Not gonna say I don't like that style yet though because I haven't really had to much of them. Just haven't found the right one.

not a huge fan of most fruit beers (kreiks don't count) or ones that use a ton of spices just to use them, like "winter warmers"
also, I haven't yet had a rauchbeir that I like. Just not into that style.
It took me a long time to get into all the Belgian styles, but now I can't get enough.
