    Very simple, hop forward DIPA
    Hops Pulled at Random
    Batch size 4.5 Gal
    Est OG: 1.076
    Est FG: 1.014

    7 lbs Light DME
    .5 lb Crystal 20
    .75 table sugar
    2 oz Columbus @ 60 min
    1 oz Citra @ 10 min
    1 oz Galaxy @ 10 min
    1 oz Amarillo @ 10 min
    1 oz Citra @ 5 min
    1 oz Galaxy @ 5 min
    1 oz Amarillo @ 5 min
Dry Hop 2 oz Citra 7 days, 1 oz Amarillo 7 days
I'm going to pitch 2 packets of US-05.
    Thoughts?

I'd pick either Galaxy or Citra and stick with one of them. They are very similar, however I get more passion fruit and resinous flavor from Galaxy, and more catty, melon, lychee flavors from Citra.

For the dry hop, Citra is so potent you won't even notice the amarillo, so remove it or reduce the amount of Citra heavily. I've done multiple batches playing with the two as my dry hop, and even with 2.5 oz Amarillo and 0.5 oz Citra, the Citra nose completely overtakes the Amarillo, to the point I'd wonder if there were any Amarillo there if tasting blind.

Grain bill looks fine to me. Since Light DME typically contains Carapils, you could nix the C20, unless you're using it for flavor (As it stands it won't do anything for color).

Looks good to me. I have no issue with this recipe.

I'm no expert on Citra and Galaxy but I find they are different enough that I should be able to tell them apart in the beer.

Everything looks good to me, but I would check mrmalty.com to see how much yeast you should pitch. I think it will be more than 2 packs of US05.

Beersmith says I need 290 billion cells or 2 yeast packets and mrmalty says I need 1.5.
