Hi in Chicago for the day for work and hoping to score some Zombie dust to bring home. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If by downtown you mean the Loop, the Printers Row Wine Shop has a decent selection of craft beer and had Zombie Dust the last time I was there.

Another tip, they started bottle dating in November, so if you don't see a date on there, i'd be weary.

zombie dust sells out fast so it's unlikely you'll get old stock but there's a chance since apparently some folks are selling them by the singles and keeping them in back until folks ask for it specifically.

the makers of citra hops might as well start mixing em with baking soda and other stuff and start selling hopcrack on the black market. its no coincidence that they call folks hopheads I guess.

If you're really only here for a day, don't waste your time looking for one hot beer. Sure, it's great, but so is something like Revolution Anti-Hero that is readily available all over the city.

State & Lake has it in bottles at the bar. That way you can at least try it and judge if the hype is worth the effort.

Or Little Crazy. Belgian pale with citra that is seasonal and amazing but available all over.

There are plenty of places that get it from time to time, including those mentioned above. Just bear in mind I don't know of any place that has it in stock for purchase always, or even most of the time. It arrives, sells out, and shows up again at some point on an ad hoc basis.

There are some bars that seem to have it on tap with great regularity, though.
