Spent a week here. Loved The Wurst Place! Cool place, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brats were awesome and great selection of beer.Boneyard Notorious the star of the show, one of the best beers I have ever had.

Boneyard RPM was excellent also. Had Hop Venom too, other two Boneyards much better.

Yard House had an awesome selection as did Tap House Grill. Even Whole foods had a nice selection of beer at their bar.

Notorious is awesome, wish it was around more. Lucky venom is locally around. Glad you had a great time. I've been meaning to stay up there for the weekend as well.

Did you manage to leave downtown and check out the breweries in North Seattle?

Was there for work, only had time at night so stayed local. Hopefully next time can explore. Notorious was dangerously drinkable.

Glad you had a great time and found some excellent beer. I always recommend that out-of-towners avoid Tap House Grill and Yard House, as those beer factory, commercial chain places don't reflect Seattle's beer scene at all.

How often does Notorious come out? Next time it comes out if anyone wants to do a trade for a growler let me know.

It's harder to find than Hop Venom but it is around somewhat regularly. The problem would be finding a place that fills growlers of it, I haven't found a place that will do it, yet.

Boneyard does (got a 64 oz fill for $15 last year) as do some other places in Bend. Haven't heard of anywhere here in Washington that will.

Ya, as have I (from Boneyard). Bend isn't exactly on the regular out-of-towners Oregon visitation route...

I would love to find a place in WA that fills them....

It seems to be in a decent rotation at Boneyard, because I see it every few months or so.

It's nice too, because as you know, it's damn good, and it's not a sh!tshow to get like PTY is.

I have never had PTY, but sounds like Notorious is a less hyped beer damn close to equal or better than PTY. I may need to convince my wife we have reason to make part of our vacation in Oregon this summer !

Yep, I think you nailed it. Notorious can easily hold a candle to PTY IMHO.

Bend is a beautiful place, and jam packed with great beers.
