Expected Releases in February

I picked up a bottle a couple weeks ago that was three months old and it still tasted great and I'm pretty picky about how fresh an IPA is.

Edit: Not from Smith St., just saying it was still good at three months old.

 

Just picked up 4 Bomb at HEB Hancock. Yay for snow (lol) days!

 

Total Wine Plano is out of Backyard. Thanks for the heads up, jacks. Anyone see this stuff anywhere else? Feels like I'm gonna miss it.

 

I feel the same way. I've been calling around all morning with no luck

 

Just heard from a Specs employee that all of Collin County only got 3 fucking cases. What a shitshow. Oddly I did find a bottle of Mango Manifico at the specs on 75 and Parker. One left on the shelf. ​

 

Total Wine DT sold out of the 1 case they had in 7 minutes flat.

Specs DT is supposed to get it today, but has not yet last I heard.

 

i'm doubting we'll see it at all

Bomb @ Specs Bay Area. Limit 1 though. Im not even sure its worth my 10 extra mins to go on the way home from work. Boooo 1 bottle limits.

 

Are you talking Houston or Dallas? I wouldn't call Walnut Hill & 75 downtown at all...

Seven minutes? Time to just forget about trying to hunt this one down locally.

 

None of the Central Markets or Whole Foods off 75 have received their share of Backyard either, so even though the bigger places got it and sold it, you might still be able to get it there. If not hit me up, and we'll split mine sometime- aren't we due @mattisloco for a bottle share?

 

called at 3:45 as I was headed out the door from work.. They only had 2 left so did not stop by. Probably would have been gone by the time I got there.

 

Got the last Bomb @ Bay Area. They only got 1 case.

I went Bomb! hunting today in ATX. This might be my favorite beer so I bought quite a bit. Here are the stores I went to:

HEB Hancock: No hard limit, I asked how many I could get and guy said he'd sell me 4. (Sold out now)
Rosedale Market: Limit 1
Central Market North Lamar: Did not receive any (yet?)
Sunrise Minimart: Limit 2
Specs Arbor Walk: Limit 1
Whole Foods Domain: Limit 1
Specs Airport: Did not receive any (yet?)
East 1st Grocery: Limit 2
Quickie Pickie: There was no limit, it was just sitting on the shelf. I picked up 4 and left 5 on the shelf.

It was between $8-9.50 everywhere.
