    Sticking with my "Beers of 2011" theme for this extended, snowy weekend.

    I tried this vintage a couple months ago and made the desicion that I didn't want to age it any longer so I decided to crack my last bottle. This one held up better than the previous bottle and is still tasty, but I'm happy with my choice to open it now.

    How's that drinking? I've been holding off waiting to see if it was too boozey or not. It seemed a little hot a few years back, it aged into greatness though...
