Olde Hickory Daniel Boone. Its a Bourbon Aged Brown Ale (previously used for Event Horizon). different and nice. thatll be all before im asleep somewhat early. gonna really enjoy sleeping tonight.

 

Had SN Torpedo and now onto

 

My cousin is visiting this weekend, and he opens my fridge and sees a double trouble and says "I've never had a Founders beer....but I hear good things."

I tell him that I am going to fix that for him tonight

so here is our night

 

Make sure to drink the KBS first because you guys are going to be too messed up to enjoy it towards the end of those

 

1st up for the night is a summerfest from SN.

 

I have only had a few Brewery Vivant offerings, and haven't been a huge fan of the style. But then came this!

OMG! I love this! Problem is it's a Limited release in cans... Oh well, the brewery isn't that far away, so I will be looking for this over and over again! Perfect blend of Citrus/hops/sour! Kinda reminds me a bit of Shorts Freedom of 78, and comes in at an easy to drink 9%. It's a little pricey though coming in at $3.39 a can at Sicilianos.

 

Working my way through some of the Kuhnhenn I bought yesterday, starting tonight with a Fourth Dementia(4D).

Tonight I got the ol' growler filled up with something I haven't had in a while - Founders Red's Rye P.A.

 

Picked up a few of these at City Beverage yesterday. Can't wait to try.

 

Had a Sierrra Nevada Summerfest first, which was another awesome SN brew, just finished up a Cigar City Tocobaga..... Go Rays!

I started tonight off with a Stone Cali-Belgique Ipa. I'm really liking it, I would definitly choose this on tap if I saw it anywhere. Although It hasn't reached my all time favorite ipa list. Definitely one to try

Yeah...the Frank's Red Hot Barrel Aged edition.

 

Started with a bomber of Coast Hopart, then hit a nugget nectar, now I'm on to a Dark Horse Amber, what's next while watching the nationwide race? Hmmmm.

 

Just got my first haul today of Schlafly American IPA for the year. Had a few of those and it is delicious again this year. Moved on to Founders Imperial Stout. Thinking KBS to cap the night.
