    Absolutely excellent pale ale. Bright tangerine/grapefruit/lemon zest/orange peel and floral/grassy hops; with moderate light caramel/bready malts. Well balanced yet still very crisp showcasing the hops. So the only question is why was this discontinued? This is one of the better new pale ales I've had in a while.

    Nice English brown ale. Very yeast influenced. Raisin/plum/prune/apple with caramel/molasses/toast/biscuit/brown bread/light chocolate maltiness. Very robust with a very creamy mouthfeel.

    Incredible. Huge bright pineapple/tangerine/lemon/orange peel/pear/grass with a bit of musty bretty esters with big prominent peppery yeast on the front. A bit tangy on the finish; Super crisp and well carbonated.

    Accepted into PhD program and wanted a beer to celebrate. I wish I had some Orval to follow this with but I will just let this one linger. A true classic! Cheers!

    Drinking a McChouffe from Brasserie d'Achouffe. Weirdly bitter finish that slowly gives way to reminiscence of cream soda. I'm a little confused.
