not sure this helps, but Barrier has those short stubby 32 oz growlers with wide mouth... so why not head there, grab some of their great beer and then have the growler to use for Barrage.

Blind Bat has those as well when they have growlers at farmers markets...

U mean like this? Had a problem having this filled at one place. Depends on if they have the right tubing. It won't fill direct from some taps. Foams up too much. Got 10oz beer and 22oz of foam. Didn't get charged for it which was a nice.... Flat tasting but free beer anyway.

Finally made it over there. Had a great time chatting with Steve and took home some Folly. Excited to try the RIS next month!

I have been drinking the Citralization every week, love that stuff. Looks like he kicked yesterday. Had the RIS (Famous Last Words) a couple of weeks ago, I am not a Stout guy, but really enjoyed it, very tasty. Looking forward for the next batch to land.

I also made it over to Barrage for the first time yesterday. I took home the Citralization and the Folly. Both beers are well made and easy to drink.

Barrage open Sat and Sun this weekend. Also increased the number of taps from 4 to 9. They haven't updated the beer list yet. Got to make it over there finally this weekend.

I just opened up a growler of Citralization, I love this stuff. Citra smell exploded out of growler when I opened it!

Can't believe I never heard of this brewery before. And to think I am over in Farmingdale every so often getting home brew supplies. Definitely plan on checking this out next week. LI is stepping up the game.

Finally made it to Barrage. Tried RIS, famous last words and it was pretty good. Fairytale red was my favorite, an excellent Irish Red. Was not a fan of the session single hop stuff (Citralization, Summ it up). DIPA was good but I like mine more piney/bitter. If you get a chance check it out. Steve was pouring and a cool guy.

Just came back from my first trip to Barrage and I had an excellent first experience. Steve was a really nice guy who knew his shit and was more than willing to pour samples while he chatted with us and a few other customers. The beer was solid, and a nice welcome to LI. I rather enjoyed Summ It Up and Citralization, and their RIS was pretty damn phenomenal. Their Oatmeal Cookie Vanilla Stout was unique and delicious as well.

Will be checking this out again and again.
