So are they doing growler fills again now?

 

I talked to a BA the other day that landed me one of the new pint glasses and a couple bombers. Said growlers are a go right now.

 

They have a set of taps dedicated to growler fills in the to go area.

 

Damn I wanted a pint glass and/or tulip...

 

Do they have pint glasses back in stock? I know someone who is interested in some. I will be stopping up there this weekend, probably Saturday.

Thx for the growler fill updates. Gotta head back out there. Do they still only growler their "regular" beers? Feel like I got Alpha King last time because I could only do that or one of the other year rounders.

 

The only non year round they were filling yesterday was Samurai Gazebo. They have 6 taps dedicated to growler fills at the carry out section now.

 

They are going to rotate the non-year round tap though. He's hoping for Hell's Black Intelligencer eventually!

 

Yeah, you should get one. They're awesome. I'm gunna get another couple in a week or so (hopefully they won't blow out of them by then). I'll let you know. It was a last minute thing when i got mine.

 

Not one of you guys mentioned that Barrel Aged Robert the Bruce with Raspberries was on tap Friday! I woke up Saturday morning and happened to check out the taplist for the previous day (Friday) and saw it on there. I shot up and drove an hour to the brewery at open, to find out it kicked yesterday sometime. I have been waiting to try that beer dammit! Wish I had known.

On an up note however, they replaced it with Barrel Aged Moloko, which was absolutely nothing like I thought it would be, but still quite good. Also, landed a Gumballhead hoodie, the first time they had it in stock in my size.

 

I was up there on Saturday, BA Bruce w/ Raspberries had already kicked. However, I got the last draft of BA Moloko before it kicked.

 

Oh well my girlfriend and I were there at the same time. We got almost the last 2 glasses, and I selfishly tried to drink mine down to get 1 last glass, but was too slow it seems. I am glad you got to try it!

 

Yep. Went on Friday at 4 to get some Robert with raspberries but it was kicked then too. Knew I should have came over for lunch with the BA crew

Those gumballhead hoodies are a hit. A lot of people I was with we're excited to see and buy those too

 

They are the coolest looking brewery hoodies imo. My girlfriend has been trying hard to get a small Alpha King hoodie to no avail. They sell out almost as soon as they get more in stock. I got extremely lucky with the Gumballhead hoodie. The lady in front of me got the last medium, I got the last XL, which was the last they had period. They were also almost out of the stemmed glasses I believe. The line in there is long at any time of the day, its crazy.

 

Yah the line is always bad especially on Saturday. Not surprised they are almost out of glasses, those are awesome
