Best Oyster Stout?

I've enjoyed Upright's Oyster Stout (as recommended by @digita7693 above) on a few occasions - definitely worth looking for...

 

Port City's Revival is probably the best I've had. Unfortunately it's only found locally (VA/MD/DC) on draft.
But Flying Dog's Pearl Necklace is definitely a solid bottled option.

 

Pearl necklace is relatively easy to find, and a very good example of the style

Porterhouse's is fantastic. Well worth seeking out. Pretty sure I've seen it in the USA, too - but I can't remember exactly where. Most likely east coast.

 

Cigar City Brewhouse has a great oyster stout...but it's only on tap

Yards Love Stout. Sometimes they brew it with 150 oysters, sometimes they don't

Is it on tap year-round?

 

While it was good for the style, it'll be way past its prime now.

 

Pretty sure that the OP was looking for beers made with oysters or oyster shells and not bull balls. Although I have wanted to try this, myself.

 

You will never find it, unless they brew it again and then you would have to trade for a growler, but one of the best that I have had was at Willimantic Brew, called Six Shooter. It was an oyster oatmeal stout...

Flying Fish Exit 1 was recently a beer I didn't expect a ton from, but got it. What a great beer.

 

There is no contest: Upright Brewing, Portland.
