I'm taking a trip to Brussels and Amsterdam in late March (Paris as well, if that helps).

I'm looking to either drink or acquire some of the following:

    3F Oude Gueuze Vintage
    Cantillon Lou Pepe Geuze
    Cantillon Vigneronne
    Cantillon 50N 4E
    De Cam Kriek
    De Cam Geuze
    Fantome Saison D'Erezee'-Ete'
    Giradin Gueuze 1882 Black

So any chance I will be able to find some of these in bars or bottle shops?

Girardin shouldn't be a problem to acquire. De Cam a bit harder but certainly possible. Fantome no idea. Cantillons you can drink probably at the brewery (cheap) or at Moeder Lambic (more expensive). 3F Vintage maybe to at Moeder and defenitely at de Verzekering Tegen De Grote Dorst.

If you want to take some Cantillon or 3F home I recommend setting up a trade.

Zwanne has 3F vintage going back to 2002.

    It's my favorite lambic bar.

Fantome certainly doable in some of the specialist bottle shops in/around Brussels, I feel like I've seen it recently, maybe Bier Tempel or Beer Mania. De Cam not terribly hard, got some at ABS in Winksele recently, so there must be somewhere in town.

I was at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam yesterday and they had the 3F oude geuze, Lou Pepe, Vigneronne, the Fantome and the Girardin

I'm not sure about de Cam. I think they had a couple of them but I can't remember

I'm assuming you mean De Zwaan in Dworp (sound of harps and angels singing), but if you mean otherwise, please advise.

De Zwaan is really nice! I hope he confirms so I can go check out those vintages soon.

    Brussels Update:

Cantillon Brewery: As of Tuesday, they had Lou Pepe Gueuze (no other LPs) for sale to-go. They had 50N-4E, but only for onsite consumption. Definitely the cheapest place to buy their stuff. I was amazed at the prices compared to what I usually pay in the states.

Delices Et Caprices: They only had the standard Loons on the shelf, but I inquired further and the lady at the shop pulled out bottles of 50N-4E and Vigneronne. Prices were 20 euro and 11.5 euro, respectively. I tried buying a 2nd 50N-4E, but she said limit one per client, and my wife (clearly uninterested in beer) did not count.

Bier Temple: Got a bottle of the Giradin Black here, but I'm pretty sure I saw this in other places as well.

Moeder Lambic: They had Vigneronne on tap, might be gone now. Great place!!! Don't sleep on the food.

Delirium: Got a bottle of De Cam Kriek here, they are out of the gueuze.

Nutenigenough: Got a bottle of LP gueuze here with dinner. Fantastic restaurant for a beer lover.

All in all, a very successful visit to Brussels! I'll report my findings in Amsterdam.
