Well, the only two options you give are both very positive towards the event, an attitude I do not share. Honestly, I wouldn't go to such a convention of beer geekery if you pointed a gun to my head. I've been to such events before and I know they are filled with much more self-importance than I am prepared to handle

 

I hope you're having fun and I mean that without even a hint of my usual venomous sarcasm.

I'll be at the Brauhaus Faust booth as well as wondering around sampling beers. @Stahlsturm, we're binging a bunch of our jahrgangsbock and world beer cup gold medal winning eisbock. It won't only be about IPAs.

 

I'll be there on Saturday only. I'll either be wearing or carrying a Beer Advocate cap, and hopefully y'all will see me. I can bring a bottle or two of my Lebkuchen beer if anyone's interested in trying it.

 

I'll be rep'n the 505 in my brown La Cumbre Brewing Co work shirt.

 

Mmmmm, haven't given my wardrobe for Sat. much thought.

 

Hey, it's Baveria... lederhosen are always an option.

 

Not for me... I wore my lederhosen when I was 5, and never will again, but don't worry, there are folks that got it fully covered, like here from BKL 2013:

Hey, I didn't ask them to dress up like that. They appeared to be rich, spoiled idiots, and your assessment of their clothing choice verified my opinion of them last year.

So... in Mü it appeared last year all kinds of people were running around either in Dirndls or Lederhosen:

It's a beerfest and it's supposed to be fun. Wear whatever you want.

 

I thought about buying Lederhosen when I was there last fall. I thought I could wear them to beer fests in the US. But when I saw the prices in the window I realized I was too cheap.
