Toppling Goliath (TG) Assassin 2014...

really hope this doesn't release in June, March or July would be great.

 

I just hope it's on in the taproom for awhile. Even if I can't make it to snag a bottle, I'd head down there just to have a beer or two.

 

Clark - you guys continue to do an amazing job. Here's to hoping I can make it back for a release or 2!

Not that history always repeats itself but I don't believe they have kegged off any of their BA beers before.

Interesting, so they haven't had them on tap at the release parties? They have plenty of other good beer, so I wouldn't be too disappointed, but...

 

KBBS was on tap for the release. They also had MD on tap and Assassin bottles for sale for on-site consumption! I had all 3. It was a good weekend!!

 

I knew they had tapped MD which of course isn't BA. Didn't realize they had kegged any KBBS.

Might be the wrong place to ask this but does anyone know if TG will fill 32 oz growlers?

 

I know they used to, but I think I have heard that they don't anymore.

 

They're tapping a keg of Assassin at Hunahpu Day this year.

 

I thought I read that they will be pouring samples of Assassin from bottles, but everything else would be kegged.

 

Not sure if Iowa laws would allow it. But I can only hope some CCB shows up at AD.

I'm sure I missed that. Assassin shows up on the Hunahpu Day master taplist so I assumed it was a keg. Sorry for the misunderstanding, especially if what you say is true.

 

No keg of Assassin. There will be Mornin Delight there though and Mornin Delight on at the taproom in Decorah as well.
