So what you are saying is you made an economic decision to get a higher quality product, and more of it, for the same price... smart:slight_smile:

I made an economic decision to turn the opportunity cost of buying Cascade into purchasing a lower-cost, higher quality product. The increased utility from doing so gave me incentive to add additional funds into purchasing this new product.

    Funny how that works sometimes.

Did you remember to send the folks at Cascade a thank you note for providing this oppotunity? But for their (arguably) exhorbitant pricing, you may never have elected to buy any peche n brett, and THEN where would you be?

Pretty sure you would've been in line at the Fantasia release no matter what Cascade, Logsdon or De Garde did with their pricing!

LOL!!! Serves me right for assuming you must have been referring to Peche n Brett, just because that's the title of this thread.

Uptown got theirs and they're charging $25. I've noticed they've been marking their beers up quite a bit lately, they want like $12.50 for Breakside Salted Caramel while John's has it for $5.99.

As of 30 minutes ago, there were a few bottles available at the Tanasbourne Whole Foods. I didn't catch the price, though.

That is impressive. And not the good kind of impressive.

Pricing must be based on a standard Breakside bomber + a milkshake from Salt & Straw.

I've asked at a few Seattle area shops, and none of them have a clue (ie. they're not just blowing me off) what's going on with PnB distribution up here.
