Zombie Dust in WI?

People must have complained about Ray's holding onto it for that BCBS release because they sold the last shipment they received first come first served.

Great to see it showing up more often in Milwaukee. That said, I'm drinking a PseudoSue right now and have completely forgotten about the fresh ZD in my fridge.

 

TG is making the best IPA's outside of Alpine right now.

 

Wish they could deliver that stuff a little closer than Franklin.

 

Is it just me or does it seem weird to buy a single bottle of ZD? I have a few analogies, but doubt they can be posted...

 

It's like buying a condom at a bar bathroom dispenser. Only the price has been inflated to $2.99.

 

Eventually Sosus will make it here. I think they call that a IIPA, right? They just jump straight from APA to IIPA

That and all the other 7% or so IPA's that are called APA's. I actually don't care what they call them as long as they are delicious.

 

Zeelander, Naughty Temple, Golden Nugget...all titled IPAs.

I think it's in both, but the Milwaukee shop on Twitter said they are selling it 1 6pk/person. Trying to find a friend who wants to drive down there but the magic eightball says outcome not so good.

 

Yeah. Sometimes I get lucky on weekday releases (occasional weekday off) but most of the time not. Anyone know if Three Cellars is out of pseudoSue yet? I'm amazing that TG bottles/kegs don't sell out day-of in MKE!

 

I think they sold out the night they got them, or the morning after.

 

I guess there are people in Madison who follow Chad around when he drops off cases. We're a little bit lucky in that TG hasn't quite caught fire here yet. The kegs last a few days @ Three Cellars. Get it while you can! I've been bugging other local shops to get some TG as well, but apparently they have to figure out how to pick it up in Madison and bring it to MKE themselves.
