    Hi all,

Don't get down to the cape very often.

I'm down in Hyannis Saturday-Monday to run the Hyannis full marathon on Sunday morning.

Any recomendations on breweries, stores, pubs, ect to see Sunday afternoon or Monday?

    Thanks,

Good luck with the race. I'm running the half. As for beer, cape cod beer is open Saturday and Monday. Worth a look.

Bars: BBC in Hyannis and Flynns in Bourne have good tap lists.

Beer stores: Luke's in Yarmouth. Blanchards in hyannis. Kappys is good, but it's in Falmouth. Might be a drive depending on where you are staying.

Do you are particular beers you are looking for?

Well hell yea response. Nothing in particular and Cape Cod beer sounds good. Fiance and I just both love Ipa's, 2Ips's, pale ales, saisons, sours etc. Just somewhere differnt to have a beer! Good luck to you too. Been training for months in this shit weather. 20 Miles in 8 degree air isnt easy

You're in luck as I believe Cape Cod beer has their Bitter End DIPA in at the moment. And I think the Cape Cod IPA is a great beer. Nothing fancy, just a clean IPA with ideal citrus and bitter notes. CCB has some sort of bet garden now, but I haven't been. Worth shooting them a message to see if you can hang out and drink on Sunday. Good luck with the race

Hit up Cape Cod Beer for sure.

The Luke's are getting better with the beer they carry, but they are still behind the curve. Don't even bother with Blanchards. I would say Moonshine Liquors is the store to go to in Hyannis now. They have a pretty small, but well picked selection. Plus they have a black lab there who super friendly. Kappys is hit or miss usually, but on Monday they did have some of the Framinghammer variants left. It is at least a 45 minute drive from Hyannis though. I personally go to Cranberry Liquors in Harwich the most.

Bars are pretty much covered. Aside from Cape Cod Beer, you won't find anything here that you can't find elsewhere in the state.

We've got 8 beers available right now...check out the right side of our home page... http://capecodbeer.com/brewery/ and click thru for beer descriptions, we're open weekdays 10-6 Saturday 11-3 and closed Sunday.

We have a tour once daily at 11 and the indoor beer garden is open when we are...tonight from 4-6 we're serving beer margaritas chips and salsa in honor of national margarita day tomorrow (it's cape cod in the winter)

We've got growlers for sale..along with 22s of our imperial IPA called bitter end,,,and 500mls of the rest of our beers..at the brewery.

Use our beer finder to find places on tap by brand, town and cape region...

    Have a great run.
    Cheers
    CCB

How does the beer garden work? Can you buy pints, or is it just for samples?

    you can buy pints.

As an aside I'd definitely say check them out. Besides the fact that the beers are really good they have awesome guys over there, they mixed up the labels on some growlers i got over there last summer. I didn't mind much but wasn't really feeling a porter on a 97* day on the beach but called to make sure they knew it happened and to check the other prefilled growlers in the cooler. They profusely apologized and offered to replace the growler. I was still staying right down the road so i showed up and they not only replaced the mis-labeled growler but also hooked me up with a set of pint glasses and another growler for the inconvenience.
