    Imperial Pilsner at my local Brew Pub. The brewer kicked up his year round Pilsner to 7.7 abv and hop it with Sterling,Cluster,Tettnang and Mt.Hood hops. He did a fine job!

    Perhaps a tad early in the day for a 11.2% beer but A: I am off and B: I am sick. Besides 9 out of 10 Doctors recommend DIPA's to help shorten a cold, I've read somewhere. Or maybe I dreamt it. Who cares, I'm running with it.

    Enjoying a Dieu du ciel Moralité. It was originally a collaboration beer between Dieu du ciel and The Alchemist's John Kimmich. So yeah... it's pretty amazing.

    Drinking my second Hi-Res. I've been trying to figure out what it reminds me of, but I'm not certain. I think it might be some combo of Green Bullet (not quite) or Palate Wrecker (little heavier). Some sort of taste profile.

    Dude, Prairie is killing it with these beers. Not sure epic is a big enough word. As good as original with a little more sweetness from the barrel but not enough to kill the chili.
