I store them about 60-65 and put them in the fridge for like 15 min, this seems to be perfect for me, guessing they are about 50 at the beginning and storage temp at the end.

Limited. Only a few brands, Joe Bob's was best, Bubba's was terrible!

I don't mind the occasional fully room temp stout, scotch ale, or porter.

Yes, I have. It was Goose Island Nightstalker, straight from the bottle, in a makeshift campout/mini cave next to either the Mississippi or St. Croix river... I had to descend about 15 feet through brush to get there, too.

I drink most of my beer at room temp, mostly saisons and sours. I store my beer in a cabinet and just drink out of there. In the middle of summer I'll put a beer in the fridge before work sometimes so it's cold when I get home but generally I prefer room temp or maybe 5 degrees cooler. The taste is much better in my opinion.

Porters and Stouts, slightly chilled beyond room temp. IPAs and assorted ales, a little chillier, but not too much. Bring out the flavor flava. Pils and AALs, cold. This is my guideline. You can exempt and correct as you go along.

Yeah, I'll let them warm up a bit if it's a higher gravity one, and by the time I'm halfway through a bomber or 750 or something it's usually at about room temp. I'll drink something like a Festina Peche right out of the fridge on a hot day after working out or doing yard work or something, or a Flower Power after work, but the majority of the time I want to savor a beer, and for that I like them at around 55-ish degrees.

Edit: I've only had the Cascade Kriek, which I let warm up for around 20-30 minutes and split with my lady. It was crazy good. I really wish those guys shipped to PA.

In college I drank a few Yuenglings at room temp. Surprisingly quite drinkable at that temp for a lager.

Like my stouts, porters and browns at room temp, that being around 60 degrees.
IPA's, barleywines and reds I liked chilled in the fridge, but not in frosted glasses.
Don't believe frosted glasses should be used on any micro-brew.
Maybe you can make a Coors light or Bud light taste better in a frosted glass,
but why would you be on this site if you drank crap like that anyway?

It's fine for strong, dark beers, I reckon. Crappy lager is abominable at room temperature, however.

    Ben? Victor Hugo...

If I'm going to drink the beer in 20-40 minutes, I take the beer out of the fridge for about 10-15 minutes...

I'm still trying to get over the drinking it straight from the shipping container comment. That would take a total release of the epiglottis.

Stouts, Old Ales and some Barleywines I will sit on the counter for 20 minutes or so before pouring them... everything else, straight out of the fridge...

During the summer I sometimes to throw beer in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes to chill it some before I drink it depending on how I am feeling, but 95% of the beer I drink never sees the inside of my fridge.
