Let me be the first to say that since they hypothetically began bottling PTY it has gone down hill.
The bottle ruins it. I will not drink it from a bottle again. I will only drink it on tap.

Red Racer Imperial IPA. Yes, I just typed that. Nothing against Pliny the Younger, I simply prefer the former. On the other hand, this is Central City we're talking about. They don't bottle their products, they can theirs.

even better! I love Jeff's beers; him pushing Jeffe's Hefe to year-round made my year. That beer literally glows... I i also heard a rumor that he wanted to put in a 750ml cage / and cork line down the road for speacial brews. If i ever got the chance to drink El Rojo or El Negro from a corked bottle at home, I would be perfectly content. :grinning:

Had on tap at FatHeads not sure if it's been bottled yet, Victory's Smokin' Oats. This beer actually made me rethink the smoked/smokey beer style. Very, very well done.

Wow that would make my year right there! I've actually yet to try Jefe's Hefe, as I'm not too big of a Hefe fan, though I may have to give it a try next time I'm there, since it seems to get nothing but praise from everyone who's had it.

I'm really looking forward to La Cumbre's expansion in the coming years, which should come along nicely since they now own the building they're in.
