Beer Trading Shop(s)

    Different beers would be worth different number of credits depending on cost, availability, rating etc. Just like trading in a video game or selling something at a pawn shop. Seems like a pipe dream but I thought throwing the idea out here might spawn some loop holes lol

    You are absolutely right.

    This idea is, unfortunately for beer fans, dead in its tracks due to legal constraints.
    Beer is even worse than wine when it comes to distributor franchise laws, which in essence prohibit the sale of distributor A's beers in the territory operated by distributor B.

    In some states, such as Virginia, retailers with more than one location can't even legally transfer inventory from one store to the other within the state, let alone across state lines.

    It's a nice idea in principle (leaving the profitability and market size issues aside for this discussion), but there are reasons it hasn't already been done.

    If it were anything like Gamestop- they'd open your beer,taste it, then recap it and tell you it's new.
